Marcelo has over 20 years of experience in digital communication, publication and SEO. Passionate about helping brands through digital transformation, he has worked with brands like Vivo, Nivea, Telefonica, Intel, McDonald’s, Pepsi, Danone, Nestle and Unilever.

He also produced the 1st online restaurant booking system in Brazil “República Gourmet” that received investment from RBS Group, a Brazilian media giant within less than a year of it being launch.

Marcelo was influential in building GPC in Latin America in 2014 and GPC Asia since 2017, where he continues to lead and grow the business through digital marketing, SEO, content and commerce.

Personal Fact:

Born in the mountains of Rio Grande do Sul(Brazil), with dual nationality (Brazilian and Italian), Celo is married and with a lovely son. Passionate about cooking, surfing, football and formula1, he has completed a Spartan race(wow! Search for it!), but still trying to run his first 10K.
