Senior Art Director

We are looking for an over-achiever and creative (Senior) Art Director who brings high energy and a winning attitude. An all-around star who wants to be part of delivering big ideas, experiences and executing them across multiple channels and platforms.

Reporting to the Creative & Brand Strategy Director, the right candidate is an enthusiastic digital native who is keen to make a difference. You will work closely with the social media and production team to create and execute high quality assets.

Responsibilities:

  • Interpret the brand’s needs and developi a concept to suit the purpose
  • Enhance creative brief by gathering information and data through research
  • Develop storyboard to share ideas via illustration or moodboard – and present finalized ideas and concepts to the team
  • Work with copywriters, art/ creative director, social media managers to produce final design
  • Conceptualise visuals based on requirements through master creations or produce adaptation designs across multiple platform/ media, including developing illustrations or DI on images
  • Ensure all work (content) is accurate and meets the brand guidelines in a timely manner (within deadline set)
  • Continuously inspire your peers and subordinates on creative trends and developments through sharing and training
  • Generate exciting ideas to fulfil clients’ briefs and to engage in executing layout designs for artwork and copy

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Art/ Creative/ Visual Design
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Art Director
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools are necessary
  • Experience with Motion Graphics using After-Effects is a plus, but is not mandatory
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Powerpoint
  • Strong production knowledge in Video, Digital and Social
  • Able to work in conceptual thinking, wide knowledge, creative
  • Excellent visual aesthetic sense and creative visual skills
  • Able to keep up with current trends in creative design
  • Able to work under pressure and to meet deadline is a must
  • Able to communicate effectively and clearly, both orally and in writing, in English
