Senior Account Director

We are looking for an inspiring and energetic Senior Account Director to join our London office and support the successful delivery of digital brand publishing projects. The ideal candidate will have a high level of experience and knowledge of digital content, web development, social media and client management. Experience managing accounts focused on SEO content would be highly advantageous. Experience with FMCG brands is a must.

The Senior Account Director will liaise with clients and also support the project management of the projects working with creatives to ensure the assets are delivered on time, on spec and on budget.


  • Day to day account management: working closely with the client and agency teams to ensure the smooth running of multiple projects
  • Working as a key part of the Green Park Content team to deliver best in class digital content that meets and exceeds the project KPIs
  • Develop strong client relationships to enable project growth and maximising upsell opportunities
  • Coming up with new ideas and strategies to boost project performance and growth
  • Helping to ensure teams develop and publish work in line with the agreed strategic direction: to a high standard and on time
  • Financial and scope management (with PM) of existing and new budgets and deliverables
  • Creation of Statements of Work for client review and approval and ensuring that the project remains within this scope
  • Creation of internal briefs for our various teams to work from
  • Creation and management of client-facing project interface
  • Planning and allocating resource on projects
  • Ad hoc related tasks


  • Previous experience in a similar role within a digital content-focused agency
  • Experience managing SEO content focused accounts is a must. CVs that don’t mention such experience will not be considered
  • Strong understanding of the digital content landscape – from planning and research, to production, publishing and reporting
  • Solid understanding of SEO and related metrics
  • Highly organised and able to manage workload effectively
  • Adaptable, confident and self-motivated
  • Mature personality to relate and interact with people at all levels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial experience and awareness (scoping, costing and billing)
  • Ability to track budgets and report on project profitability
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving and project-based environment
