Account Executive (French Speaking)

We are a global brand publishing agency with offices in London, Sao Paulo, Singapore and Jakarta. We create relevant, engaging and purpose-led digital content for premium brands. To date, we’ve published more than 50,000 articles and generated 100 million unique visitors to global client sites around the world. Our clients include Unilever, PepsiCo, Danone, Nestle and Jaguar.

We are looking for an Account Executive, fluent in both English and French, to join our team and support the GPC team with day to day account tasks. The right candidate will assist the Client Services team by developing and growing positive, long-lasting relationships with GPC clients, and will ensure that our clients are well serviced with all information that they need at any given time.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Account Manager and wider team with the day-to-day management of client tasks
  • Work with the Senior Account Manager to review client briefs. Work within the team to drive the right response and best way to deliver the work, to the highest quality
  • Liaise with and assist in bringing together the relevant GPC delivery team. Ensure that the team has all information that they need and are united to deliver the highest possible quality work, aligning and exceeding client expectations
  • Support the Senior Account Manager and Account Director with client and internal project status updates by sharing the correct information and taking control of agreed-upon areas of responsibility
  • Fully understand the brands that you work with, the industry that they sit within and their core competitor sets

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English and French
  • 1+ years’ client services experience within a digital content-focused agency
  • Good understanding of SEO and related metrics
  • Strong understanding of the digital content landscape – from planning and research, to production, publishing and reporting
  • Highly organised and able to manage workload effectively
  • Adaptable, confident and self-motivated
  • Mature personality to relate and interact with people at all levels
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial experience and awareness (scoping, costing and billing)
  • Ability to track budgets and report on project profitability
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving and project-based environment
